Christmas Tree RecyclingNote: Christmas trees will not be collected as a part of your Omaha garbage collection.
Please throw your tree up on the pile. This will leave room for others to access the site.
You may begin using the sites on December 23. The sites are open daily, but staffed with volunteers only on the days listed. Sites close on January 12, 2010.
Volunteers from the Rotary Clubs of Omaha, and the Douglas/Sarpy Master Gardeners will staff the busy sites and help you unload your tree on the weekends of December 26 and 27, 2009, and January 2 and 3, 2010, from 10AM until 4PM each day.
